A considerably detailed\u00a0 account\u00a0 of Theravada Buddhism in Nepal was produced by Ria Kloppenborg after having made several visits to Nepal in 1973.\u00a0 It\u00a0 gives\u00a0 an\u00a0 outline of the main historical\u00a0 events\u00a0 in\u00a0 the\u00a0 development\u00a0 of\u00a0 the\u00a0 movement\u00a0 especially the efforts of the Buddhist organizations.
